Designs can be stitched at any time, record your moods then stitch just for fun.
Mood Trackers ‘A year of stitches’ is a colourful and modern cross stitch project suitable for everyone with 12 monthly designs. Each month you will create a beautiful design either using your mood tracking sheets, or if you prefer by following the provided colour scheme pattern. The project is designed to be completed in daily challenges, one simple step at a time to meet an achievable monthly goal.
'Take a little time out each day to concentrate one line at a time and create a beautiful finished art work every month’.
The project’s aim is to provide you with a mindful time out every day with a project you can see growing every day. Each day’s challenge will be a line of stitching, some are just a simple line whilst others are a pattern. Some lines require a bit of thought to complete and are like a little stitching puzzle for you to solve. Each monthly design gives you a different challenge, all of them are fun and a pleasure to stitch.
To use your ‘mood tracking’ with the pattern simply use the included colouring sheet to record your moods then use these colours when stitching the pattern.
Another option is to use the 6 colours for each month from the patterns as your mood tracking colours, then use them to stitch your own unique project. For example the pattern for August uses the red, orange and yellow threads shown above. Therefore in August you could use these as your mood tracking colours then stitch the pattern using them.
